I enjoyed the spa amenities, but the room temperature control was inadequate.

The hotel had clean and tidy facilities.

I was disappointed with the location since it was a 30-minute walk to the center, made worse by the ongoing roadworks. The breakfast was quite poor, with items left out for too long and no proper heating for the eggs. the soundproofing in the annex area was terrible. I could hear every noise from the neighboring room and the main door slamming shut.

I truly enjoyed my time here, as it was within walking distance of the stunning Ponte Vecchio, just over 2 km away, and the delicious Aji Tei restaurant, only a 5-minute walk from the hotel, making it easy to explore and savor local cuisine during my stay.

The spa amenities were excellent and provided a relaxing experience. I enjoyed the clean decor and spacious room. Breakfast had a delightful variety and quality products. The outdoor area was charming and perfect for unwinding. a fantastic stay! 😊

Charming room, welcoming staff, we enjoyed a lovely continental breakfast with high-quality products like Acqua di Parma toiletries. The location made it easy for us to access the main attractions while also enjoying the convenience of hotel parking.

Good place with great amenities like wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness centre. On my first stay, the staff kindly helped me with a phone charger. I highly recommend enjoying the evening snack bar. I’ll be back for a city trip!

the palazzo offers a superb welcome drink. and the staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. rooms had a nice touch with high ceilings and tasteful decor. the garden area provided a perfect spot to unwind after exploring the city.

A charming little hotel with lovely decor and spacious rooms. Breakfast offered a variety of pastries and fresh fruits, which were delightful, but a few more hot options could enhance it further. The noise from the street was noticeable at times, but overall enjoyable.

We stayed in a Superior Double or Twin Room with Spa Access for 3 nights. The room was spacious with high ceilings, and having a Nespresso machine was a nice touch. Everything was super clean. Just a bit of buzzing from the electrical supply that was noticeable since the area was quiet. But overall, very comfortable and well-equipped.
